ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP
Active Member: A professional registered nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse of Philippine ethnic origin, who has been granted a license to practice in the state of Florida and other contingent states of the US; and who has paid the required membership dues and is active in affairs and activities of the organization.

A professional registered nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse of non-Philippine ethnic origin, who has been granted a license, active or inactive, to practice nursing in the state of Florida and other contingent states of the US; and who has paid the required membership dues and is active in affairs and activities of the organization.

Retired or non- practicing Filipino nurses are included in this category.

STUDENT NURSE MEMBERSHIP
Any nursing student of Philippine or non-Philippine ethnic origin on their clinical rotation. Student nurses will pay the equivalent to the Associate member's fee as determined by the Executive Board.

HONORARY MEMBERSHIP
An individual to whom honorary membership is conferred by virtue of a majority vote of the Executive Board for distinguished service rendered or valuable assistance to the nursing profession and towards the achievement of the goals and mission of the association such as the retired nurses.
Honorary members do not pay any membership fee.
AUXILLARY MEMBERSHIP
An individual who is interested in fostering the goals and mission of the association and approved by majority vote of the Executive Board.
Auxiliary members do not pay any membership fee.
LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP
Lifetime membership is awarded to all the past presidents of the Philippine Nurses Association of America (PNAA) and will be exempt from organizational membership fees and educational offerings by the Philippine Nurses Association of Gulf Coast Florida, Inc (PNAGF).
